Why we started Project Associates
We started Project Associates because too many organisations struggle to deliver important initiatives well or deliver consistently especially regulatory projects. Not through a lack of ambition, but through gaps in structure, visibility, and capability. We partner with businesses to bring immediate clarity, independent insight, and experienced delivery support exactly when it’s needed. With a core focus on designing, improving, and operating high-performing PMOs, including virtual PMO services, we provide the discipline, oversight, and confidence required to turn strategy into successful outcomes.
By offering fractional or virtual PMO, Portfolio, and Project services, we enable businesses to operate with, and leverage far greater expertise than they might otherwise be able to sustain while keeping their expertise focused where it matters most.
